Guest Entitlement & Stay Conditions

- This package is strictly for two (2) adult guests.
- No partial refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for solo travellers.
Villa Upgrade & Stay Extension
- Requests for villa category upgrades are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Extended stays beyond the included 2-night package are entitled to a 20% discount on Best Available Rates.
Rates & Taxes
1. Nett rates include 10% service charge and 8% SST
2. Additional taxes payable at check-in:
- RM 3 (Pahang Sustainability Tax) per night
- RM 10 (Tourism Tax) per night for non-Malaysians
Payment & Validity
- Full payment is required upon voucher purchase

Summer Getaway Promotion – Terms & Conditions
Valid for Stays Between 1 June – 30 November 2025
1. Package Overview
- The Summer Getaway promotion is a 3-day, 2-night stay package, available exclusively for the following villa categories:
- Jala Villa (Lake View)
- Amani Villa (Private Pool)
- The package is issued as a prepaid voucher, which must be purchased on or before 30 June 2025.
- Stays must be completed on or before 30 November 2025.
2. Guest Eligibility
- Each voucher is valid for two (2) adult guests per villa.
- Solo travellers may redeem the package but will not be entitled to partial refunds, discounts, or compensation.
3. Voucher Validity & Flexibility
- Vouchers are valid for stays from 1 June to 30 November 2025.
- Travel dates may be amended within this period, subject to:
- Availability of the selected villa category
- Applicable weekend, public holiday, or peak season surcharges
- All amendments must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the original check-in date.
- Unredeemed vouchers after 30 November 2025 will be automatically forfeited and bear no refund or cash value.
- No extensions will be granted beyond the validity period.
4. Villa Upgrade & Category Change
- Villa upgrade or category change requests are:
- Subject to availability at the time of request
- Chargeable based on the prevailing rate difference
- Any upgrade fees must be confirmed and settled either at the time of request or upon check-in.
5. Rates, Taxes & Payment
- All package rates are nett, inclusive of:
- 10% service charge
- 8% Sales & Service Tax (SST)
- The following mandatory taxes are not included and are payable directly at the resort upon check-in:
- RM 3.00 per villa per night (Pahang Sustainability Tax)
- RM 10.00 per villa per night (Tourism Tax – applicable to non-Malaysians only)
- Full payment is required at the time of voucher purchase.
- Voucher rates are fixed and not subject to seasonal or dynamic pricing within the validity period.
- Mangala Estate Boutique Resort reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing purchased vouchers remain honoured as per original terms.
6. Extended Stay Conditions
- Guests may extend their stay beyond the 2-night package at a 20% discount off the resort’s Best Available Rate (BAR).
- Additional nights must be booked and paid for separately and are subject to availability.
- Package inclusions apply only to the original 2-night stay unless otherwise stated by the resort.
7. Reservation Limitations
- This promotion is available strictly for individual leisure bookings.
- Group bookings, corporate retreats, wedding parties, event stays, and third-party travel agent bookings are not eligible under this promotion.
8. Amendments & Cancellations
- One-time amendment is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice before the original arrival date.
- Once amended, the reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Any cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival, no-shows, or early departures will result in full forfeiture of the voucher amount.
9. Children & Extra Guest Policy
- One (1) child under the age of 5 years may stay free of charge per villa, inclusive of breakfast.
- Baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.
- Extra beds may be arranged at RM 320.00 nett per night, including breakfast. Advance reservation is recommended.
10. Recreational Activities
- All activities at the resort are subject to weather conditions and operational availability.
- Guests are encouraged to confirm activity schedules upon arrival.
11. Offer Exclusivity
- This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, corporate rates, loyalty point redemptions, or third-party promotions unless the resort approves explicitly.
12. Resort Rights & Discretion
- Mangala Estate Boutique Resort reserves the right to:
- Modify or terminate the promotion at its discretion without prior notice
- Apply supplementary terms and conditions as necessary for operational or safety reasons
- Refuse service to any party who fails to comply with the resort’s standard policies and code of conduct.
